………….When I first heard the name Lisa Wettenhall in the context of 'real estate agent supremo' I let it pass over my head without another thought... When Lisa took the initiative to phone me, when she heard from one of her clients that we were listing, I was skeptical to put it VERY mildly but did agree, albeit reluctantly, to allow her and Lucy Eccleston to inspect the property.
What an experience! I knew immediately I had found 'THE' real estate agent. They were instantly genuinely excited and so very positive, with their enthusiasm infectious, to the point they inspired us, and assisted us by their invaluable recommendations, to bring out the very best the property had to offer.
We negotiated the listing price at the very top of the range any other agent had recommended and then the dynamo duo went into action!
