Waverly consists of 542.3Ha of level to gently sloping heavy Bogan country, timbered with Box and Rosewood.
Consisting of 8 Paddocks & watered by 6 Dams.
Eastern boundary has been renewed with hinge-joint, balance of the fencing is in very good condition.
It has a good set of sheep yards that work well for the number of sheep carried. There is also one 300 bag silo,
Waverley is conveniently located 30km east of Trundle. It has been conservatively stocked for over forty years & has only changed hands once in that time. It carries an excellent body of feed which is testament to the Rotational Grazing System practiced, where the emphasis has been on improving perennial pastures.
It is a very handy block for growing out young ewes, which is what the current owners program has been.
